It's on the rear left corner of the engine block.

If your standing on the right side of the car, look to the left of the starter area on the engine block, you might need a rag to clean off the pad.

Thanks LALA, I will check it out later today and see if it is the original CVCC motor or some sort of swap...

Just checked my engine code on my car and this is what I saw on the block: EK-1209905

I just did a quick search and I apparently have a CVCC engine, it's just a 1.8 and a 1982 apparently. Please let me know if I am wrong thinking this...

Can you post a photo of your engine?

There are 2 different EKs 79-81and 82-83. If yours is a 82, from the drive side of the engine, the 1st port on your head is exhaust?

1st EK valve line up is IEEIIEEI and the 2nd is EIEIIEIE.

Nice - I have a 75. It was a heck of a time rebuilding the engine and getting parts, and I'm still working on it ;)

Nice score.
