Looks like I may need a 1200 wiring harness. The one that runs through the firewall to the large plug under the dash.

If you want a cheap civic in So. Cal I think you can get them for as cheap as $500 if your willing to wait and look hard and goes up to around $1200. I've seen one or two around my area I guess I could try to catch one of the owners and propose a sale. How cheap, cheap are you talking and by when.Dkmanucci@yahoo.com

Can any of you Cali guys tell me how much a rust free 1200 civic with a mint body(small dings dont matter) goes for out your way? Does not matter the interior or engine. Cheap cheap is what im looking for. A 1975 hatch would be best. Thanks

I'll take the stock am/fm stereo tape deck.... Please get me a picture first, because:
The am/fm OEM stereo went in the stock location, and the accessory tape deck went in the cubby hole below the cig. lighter/rear window defroster controls.
IF the am/fm tape deck is combined into one unit... then it is not stock , nor an OEM option.... but, if you can get a pic, I might be interested. Either way... keep me in line.
any luck on the hotwheel ??? :-)
thanks

I'd be interested in one of the rear wiper setups for the spare parts, and I still need some of the washer bits. I'm also interested in the radio.

I think windshields are around 30-50$.
Tell me year and model and I will see if they have a good one.
Also I know there are 2 or 3 rear window wiper setups.

How much does a windshield go for ? mine's got a big crack, and could possibly use a hood if the price is right. I'm in Long Beach CA.
By sdcvcc (68.101.197.93) on Saturday, July 31, 2004 - 08:30 pm:
I didnt have time to grab much.
I found a stock stereo/tape deck.
Good shape , will test it.
75 Fuel pump, working.
Center mount fuel and temp. cluster.
CAN GET:
- chrome headlight trim ring, (both sides)
- front and rear chrome bumpers (straight, and rust free, no dents) Mine are for sale. 75.
-front and rear side markers
- all red tailights
If anyone really wants to do a wagon front conversion I can pull a whole setup. There 4 or 5 wagons with complete suspension and brake. I am estimating the price for spindles, hubs, and brake stuff to be around 120-150$ for both sides.
Brakes probably included. I will confirm the prices.
-I am selling my front and rear bumpers. Mine have the rubber bumper things. Pretty darn straight and no rust. Need a buffing. Will take pictures.
email: joelandtammy@yahoo.com
I might make another trip tomorrow to pull asw much clean and unbroken stuff as I can.
Also, I will have 2 sets of valve cover and air cleaner lids with custom paint in metallic silver and black, and metallic blue.(I do custom paint projects)

OK. I am writing all of this down. I will look and see what I find. I will buy the stuff I can afford for tomorrow. If anyone here really needs something then let me know and email me, I can pull it if you buy it next week.

I still need a set (left & right) '78-'79 CVCC rear stub axles, with good condition rear radius arms to fit same.
I don't need the brake backing plates, brakedrums etc, or the struts that are also part of the rear suspension. I also need an early (before '78) CVCC fuel pump relay.

I need a set of the aluminium/ rubber side trim strips from a 1 G wagon. If the rubber's trashed that's not too much hassle, I can get it made locally but I really need the aluminium bits.
Wouldn't mind a rear wiper setup. The motor and arm's the most important, the washer baggie and stuff probably wouldn't fit my 5-door
If you can help could we arrange for postage to UK?
Cheers!

sdcvcc - great, do let me know how much for the parts I asked:
Both mirrors (for both doors, chrome ones if possible! I like that ones)
Fender and rear side turn signals (for '75-77 Civics, mine is a '76)
Original Wipers
I don't know if your local yard might have a good clean rear bumper off 1G civics, but check and tell me then ok? I'm in a market for one.
Thanks!

Hello,
I'd reward you well for a clean rear chrome bumper overrider if you stumble upon one (pix below) ...
By sdcvcc (68.101.197.93) on Thursday, July 29, 2004 - 09:33 pm:
I will look for all of those items. Ill post back Sat. night.
I know there are signal markers and such. Mirrors and wipers, yes. Most of the cars have seats but they are all thrashed. I would say
150$ for the spindles and all, roof rack probably not and radio YES.
By Jonathan (68.193.6.173) on Thursday, July 29, 2004 - 07:22 pm:
Hey, how much do you think it would be for a set of spindles, rotors, and calipers from one of those wagons? I guess I'd need everything required to get the bigger brakes.
Any of the 2-door Civics there have a roof rack? Any of them have a AM/FM radio with or without a cassette player?
By Canada76civic (Canada76civic) (68.146.162.237) on Thursday, July 29, 2004 - 07:05 pm:
If you can - I need fender turn signals and rear side signals too. Also mirrors (driver and passenager maybe?) and pair of wipers (I have the arms but no wipers on there).
I think that's about all I need for now. I would have asked for bucket seats off 1G civics in there but I dunno how good they are... Tell me what you see there,ok?
Thanks!!

You're in SD huh? Man, I wish I had some time I would come down...I am in the inland empire. Could you check out how the seat are? I need a new upper rear and two front. Let me know. If need be, I can go down next weekend and pick them up if they are a good price and such.

I myself will be yanking some wagon spindles for my 4x100 conversion. Also some other suspension and misc. engine and body parts. If you post here and leave a request I will print it out and see if I can find it there. Very cheap prices here in San Diego yards. 3 or 4 1G wagons and an assortment of a few 1G civs and acc's along with alot of 2 G models.
