I've been selling and using Amsiol products for the past 10+ years and haven't had a major problem yet.
My wife NEVER checks her oil on her 92 Cherokee (it had 28k when we got it) It has 155k on it now and we still change it ONCE a year with the 0w30, about $8-9.00/qt . You could use the lesser expensive XL7500 5w30 that states to change every 6months but has been tested up to 12months with no major breakdown. That's what I run in my 92 Accord. Have 13k on that oil and time for a change but will do an oil analysis to see what's happening in there. (It's a blood test for the oil.. About $15.00us) and to see if they say to just change filter and top off.

I don't baby my vehicles that much but don't abuse them either and this stuff just keeps going and going..

Click on my name and mail me for more info.
Don't worry, I won't make you do anyghing you don't want to do or buy like some other dealers.

Has anyone tried some of the various oil and fuel supplements? There are several oil supplements available from STP, such as the 4-cylinder oil treatment. Some guys down the street swear by Lucas oil. Any recommendations? I have a 77 CVCC engine.

Thanks,
Rob
